A natural method for masking the problem
There is a common myth floating around some internet sites that egg whites actually cause acne, this is not worth the air time, this is not true at all, egg whites can aggravate the situation. If you believe though that the egg whites are causing a problem then you may need to cut them out of your diet and do not use this method to help to clear your acne.
Before trying any home remedy to treat acne break out, read about proactive reviews. 90% of people at some point in their lives are going to suffer from acne, it is a fact of life, there is nothing that you can do about that, but the cause is not egg whites, they are not all using facial masks and eating eggs are they?
The real cause of acne sits with your hormones and the teenage years when you go through puberty. This is when most people get an outbreak although there are other times when you can suffer a breakout, such as just before your menstrual cycle and pregnancy due to hormone changes.
Hormones
Oily secretions,
Stress,
Humidity,
Pollution,
Buildup of dead cells,
These are all causes of acne. The oily secretions come from the sebaceous glands which produce sebum, which blocks your pores causing blackheads or zits to appear on your skin. This is when the white of the egg comes into play.
There are many natural remedies which can be found within your home which will help your acne such as:
Garlic,
Lemon juice,
Toothpaste,
Baking powder,
Oatmeal,
Egg white,
Icepack,
Aloe Vera plants.
Egg whites however, will dry up your pimples and reduce the level of swelling which you will suffer from the pimples after a breakout. You just need to apply the egg white to your skin two to three times a day for best results leaving it on your face for ten minutes to dry and tighten.
Egg is rich in protein which helps to heal and rebuild your skin making it feel rejuvenated and much better. If you add a little lemon juice to the beaten egg whites of the skin it helps to loosen the black heads and the white heads.
You just need to give the egg a good whisk until it is frothy and then apply it to your face; it can take a few moments to prepare. Leave it on your face for about ten minutes and wash it off with Luke warm water for a fresh feel. Make sure you do not get it in your eyes though.
Don’t use the yolk of the egg as it contains bacterial ingredients which are only going to serve to make your acne worse. There is a bacterium already there, hence why you have blackheads. You do not want any more there causing infection. This puts me off eating eggs.
